Documentary
Brian asked us to make a video that would be used to explain La Textil to people who didn’t know what it was. This was not easy in a few words.
So, we decided to start interviewing the team, and people close to the project, and find out what the story was as we went along.
The place was ever changing and ever evolving, just like our little doc.

Pablo Lagrange and his team were on a mission. And so were we. We were to document the development process of their new taster menu, the stories behind the dishes, and the creative processes that lead them to their final form. What a beautiful thing.
