Gipsy Chef, the alter ego of Pablo Albuerne, is an influencer chef who creates imaginative recipes using whatever ingredients he has available. Rather than teaching specific recipes, he focuses on teaching methods and how to be creative and resourceful in the kitchen with whatever you have available.

 

In the beginning, the videos received few views, but the concept was strong and we believed in its potential. Together, we defined a style, a format, and developed an online presence until we started gaining recognition. Comments increased, brands started reaching out, and the rest is history.

Today, we produce all content with Gipsy Films and have collaborated with renowned brands such as Aperol, Consum, Just Eat, KH7, WWF, and many more. Additionally, in 2023, he was awarded at the La Vanguardia Comer Awards.
