9 Lions Residences comprises 53 spacious and bright apartments, distributed across nine villas on a hillside. The communal Clubhouse with its two swimming pools, spa and fitness area is in the centre of the development and a third generous swimming pool lies in the west, nestled amongst the fresh, green landscaped gardens.
The videos we produced for this project were made at strategic points in the sales process. The first of the series being “Beautiful Marbella” which had the purpose of selling the Marbella lifestyle, mixing local culture and luxury living for future tenants. The project had only begun construction recently, so there wasn’t much to show of the actual plot other than renders.
Once we approached the end of the construction and sales were in full swing, the next phase was to create videos specific for the remaining apartments. This was one of our first times testing the FPV drone camera style, which proved to be highly engaging for the viewer and very effective as a tour of the interior and exterior of the apartments.
Simultaneously, we produced a new lifestyle video. This time the purpose was to promote the lifestyle within the 9 Lions project, focusing mainly on the services and what the common areas had to offer.
